This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.smartduvet.com/ (the “Site”) and all other websites owned and operated by Smartduvet (the “Smartduvet”, “we,” and “us” includes all of our affiliates and subsidiaries).

CHOICE OF LAW

By using the Site, you will transfer data to Canada and by choosing to visit the Site or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the law of the Province of Quebec, Canada and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Smartduvet or the Site will be in accordance with the www.smartduvet.com/terms-and-conditions/.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
