After hearing it for the umpteenth time, we bought an inflatable mattress and a pump within the hour, and started testing. That was the beginning of Smartduvet.
The concept was born in 2016. Round after round of testing turned a simple idea into a high-tech product, with new features and a completely redesigned look. Version 1 went on to sleep in thousands of homes.
For Version 2, we set out to make everything better: an easier setup and faster installation, a softer and lighter layer with better airflow, a quieter machine, and Alexa integration.
After years of research, material testing, sourcing, patents and coding, Smartduvet V2 launched in 2024: an all-in-one, 5-minute install, wellness-focused, automated duvet.
Our mission is simple: to make your bedroom the most cherished space in your home.
